Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Principle Choice Solutions as one of the 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™. This is the company’s second time being named to this prestigious list, coming in at No. 18 this year. Securing a position signifies that PCS ranks among the top employers nationwide.
To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of nearly 600,000 women who work for Great Place To Work Certified™ companies that were eligible for the list. To be considered, a company must employ at least 50 women, have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women, and at least one female C-suite executive.
Cornella Sullivan, Director of Operations at PCS, shared her excitement and pride in the recent recognition:
“As I read the full methodology behind the Great Place To Work Model, two words stood out to me: ‘For All.’ According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, ‘all’ means whole, entire, total, including everything or everyone without exception. It’s a powerful, all-encompassing word that removes bias against gender, age, race, and status. It empowers feelings of equality, connection, and strength.”
She went on to reflect on the historical challenges women have faced:
“Wow, PCS has been awarded as a great place to work for women! As women, we have overcome so many challenges, from the Suffrage Movement, which fought for our right to vote, to various movements that highlighted workplace discrimination and inequalities.”
Cornella also highlighted the sense of belonging and support she feels within the organization:

The Best Workplaces for Women list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for women regardless of job role, race, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.
Great Place To Work analyzed the gender balance of each workplace compared with Bureau of Labor Statistics industry data. Companies were also assessed on how representation changes as women rise from front-line positions to the board of directors.
