Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Principle Choice Solutions (PCS) for the 2024 Fortune Best Medium Workplaces™ List. For the first time, PCS has been honored with a spot on this distinguished list, securing the No. 70 position. Earning a spot on this list means that PCS is one of the best companies in the country to work for.

The Best Medium Workplaces list, determined by Great Place To Work—the global authority on workplace culture—is highly competitive. The list is compiled using the proprietary For All™ methodology, which evaluates and certifies thousands of organizations in America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study. This year, the study analyzed over 1.3 million survey responses from companies representing more than 8.2 million employees, including a focused analysis of over 213,000 employees from certified companies with between 100 and 999 U.S. employees. Amidst this extensive evaluation, PCS distinguishes itself by effectively competing with companies at the upper echelon of the medium category.

Daniel Coleman's Perspective, PCS Chief Executive Officer: “We have an amazing team, and this recognition further underscores the incredible talent and dedication of each Associate. Together, we work hard to maintain a culture that embodies the positive, collaborative aspects of a small business environment despite significant growth over the last 10 years, and our presence on this list reaffirms we are on the right path.”

Industry Insights: “Some of the strongest work cultures we measure every year come from companies with relatively small headcounts,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “Companies that make this highly competitive list offer the care and support found at companies 10 times their size.”

Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.

Principle Choice Solutions is honored to have its commitment to an outstanding workplace environment recognized with several distinguished awards, the details of which are documented on its certification page.
