Amy Carbajal is the Chief Operating Officer at PCS. An Air Force Veteran, Amy brings over 29 years of experience providing government and private sector revenue cycle and management expertise to hospital systems throughout the United States.

She has worked extensively as a consultant and strategist, streamlining healthcare operations and increasing performance, equipping her with the knowledge and expertise to lead teams in identifying and correcting inefficiencies in business processes.

Her experience includes leading teams that manage large and complex projects, both remotely and at client sites. She has been instrumental in supporting revenue cycle enhancements for clients through strong claim variance analysis and process improvement tactics resulting in a decrease in days to bill, overall higher coding and billing accuracy, and decreasing Days in AR, while ensuring accuracy for every claim reviewed and processed. She has a proven record of success with strategic planning, problem solving, data analytics program management and optimization of resources.

Amy holds a Master's degree in Business and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration.
